Do I need to be a Lean expert to facilitate this training?

Not at all. Every kit includes a comprehensive Instructor's Guide with a step-by-step script, key talking points, and facilitation tips. We designed these kits to make any manager feel like a seasoned pro in front of the room.

What exactly do I get when I purchase a toolkit?

You will receive a .zip file containing the customizable PowerPoint presentation, a detailed PDF Instructor's Guide, and any relevant templates or exercise materials mentioned in the product description.

Can I customize the content for my specific workplace?

Yes, absolutely. The presentation is a standard PowerPoint (.pptx) file. You are encouraged to add photos of your own work areas, insert site-specific examples, or hide slides that aren't relevant to your team to make the training as impactful as possible.

Can I get a version of the toolkit with my company's logo and branding?

Yes. Our Enterprise License includes the option for a fully branded toolkit. We will replace the Keystone Kaizen branding with your company's logo and color palette, providing you with a seamless, in-house training solution. Please contact us for details on our Enterprise options.

Are these materials suitable for teams outside of manufacturing?

Yes. While the principles of Lean originated in manufacturing, our toolkits are designed with examples and language that are applicable to any industry, including healthcare, finance, and office environments.

Do you offer on-site or virtual training facilitated by an instructor?

While our primary focus is to empower you with our ready-to-lead toolkits, we understand that some projects require a dedicated facilitator. Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?
